Has Sleep Apnea Impaired Your Quality of Life?

    Wow, amazing article, love the bulletpoints! I honestly never knew that, but after reading it, i think i catch myself tired and yawning more when i’m depressed! Thanks for sharing, going forward i may just need to get some more sleep… don’t want to have blood pressure problems either! Thanks again, keep up the great work!

      Hi Dan,
      I know what you mean. Even though I was supposedly getting lots of sleep I was still tired and depressed. I didn’t feel like doing anything because I didn’t have the energy. Thanks for your comment!
